  Attention fellow VILE agents. I have received some reports stating that the serenity that is usually the ACME offices has been greatly upset by something. I do believe that this might have something to do with a certain little news article that managed to make it's way into their hands.  

  For those of you that are in on what's going on, this might mean that ACME has caught on to our little scheme and are panicking at how unprepared they are for our little jaunts outside of our base.  

  Be wary though, mass hysteria like this tends to also mean that their efforts to find us have doubled. Use codenames and clues to locations. We don't want them thwarting our plans.  We just bought candy.
